Where exactly do you meet us at Malpensa Airport?
Your driver will be inside the arrivals hall — ground floor, just after the baggage claim exit — holding a board with your name. For Terminal 1 he will be in the main arrivals area. For Terminal 2 at the T2 exit. You will receive his direct mobile number by email before your flight, so you can call or WhatsApp him at any moment.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time. Your driver adjusts his arrival to your actual landing time automatically — no extra charge applies for delays, at any airport. You never need to call us to report a delay.
Is there a surcharge for early morning or late-night airport pickups?
Some routes carry a night supplement for transfers departing between midnight and 05:00. This is always stated transparently at booking confirmation and never added on arrival. The majority of standard airport routes carry the same fixed price at all hours.
Can you pick up from Malpensa Terminal 2 (easyJet flights)?
Yes. Terminal 2 is used by easyJet and a small number of other carriers. The price and service are identical to Terminal 1. Please indicate T1 or T2 when booking so your driver goes to the correct terminal.

Yes. MilanobyCar is a Milan-based, owner-operated NCC company established in 1993 and still run by the same founding team. We are not a global platform, a franchise, or a booking aggregator. Are prices fixed or can they change?
All prices are fixed and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. The price never changes for traffic, tolls, luggage, or time of day. There is no dynamic pricing — Fashion Week, Salone del Mobile, Christmas and New Year all carry the same fixed rate.
What is included in the price?
Every booking includes: the private Mercedes, the English-speaking licensed NCC chauffeur, meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name board, real-time flight monitoring, 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, full luggage assistance from baggage claim to your door, all motorway tolls, parking, and fuel. The fixed price confirmed at booking cannot change on arrival.

Private Airport Transfer vs Taxi or Shuttle from Malpensa
When you land at Malpensa after a long-haul flight, your choice is roughly: join the taxi rank, buy a Malpensa Express ticket, or use a pre-booked private transfer. The taxi rank at T1 works, but taxis are metered and the ride to central Milan typically costs EUR 100–120 in normal traffic. The Malpensa Express covers the same distance in 40 minutes for EUR 13 per person — practical if you are travelling light and alone, less so with luggage and a group. A private transfer from MilanobyCar costs EUR 180 per vehicle for up to 2 passengers, rising to EUR 220 for a V-Class accommodating up to 6. How Much Does a Milan Airport Transfer Cost in 2026?
For reference, updated April 2026: the official fixed taxi rate from Malpensa to central Milan is EUR 104 (one direction, licensed Milan cab). The Malpensa Express train is EUR 13 per person. A shared shuttle costs EUR 10–14 per person but stops at multiple hotels with 60–90 minute total journey times. MilanobyCar charges EUR 180 for a private sedan (1–2 pax) and EUR 220 for a V-Class (up to 6 pax). For a couple, the difference versus a licensed taxi is modest; for a family of four in a V-Class, the private transfer is per-vehicle — meaning four people travel for EUR 220 total, or EUR 55 per person. Malpensa (MXP) is Milan's main international airport, 50 km northwest of the city centre. Terminal 1 handles most airlines; Terminal 2 handles easyJet. Linate (LIN) is 8 km from the centre — the fastest to the city but serves fewer international routes. Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY), 55 km northeast, is the main base for Ryanair. None of the three airports are in Milan city; all require a transfer. The Malpensa Express train runs to Cadorna and Centrale but not to hotels. Linate has no rail link.
